7. Shipping and Delivery

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. Key terms include:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Promotions, coupon codes, and free gifts may be subject to additional terms and availability. If you return an order that included a free gift or promotional item, the free gift must also be returned. If not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
