Shipping Policy

K-Beautify ships strictly from Seoul, Republic of Korea. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and procedures.

1. Shipping Carrier

We strictly use FedEx for all international shipments to ensure fast and secure delivery.

2. Processing Time & Order Cut-off

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South Korean public holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM (KST - Korea Standard Time)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM KST will begin processing that same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM KST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time includes both processing time and shipping transit time.

  • Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days
  • Transit Time (FedEx): 3 - 7 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Wait: 4 - 9 Business Days after placing your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspection, local weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We ship Worldwide via FedEx.

  • International Shipping: Flat Rate USD $20.00 per order.
  • Domestic (South Korea): Free Shipping.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any customs-related charges upon delivery.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Duties and taxes are generally non-refundable.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your FedEx tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit numbers). We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failure to pay customs fees.

If a package is returned to us for these reasons:

  • We can reship the order (reshipping fees apply).
  • Or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with FedEx.
  • Damaged/Defective: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the box and product at support@k-beautify.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
