Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unopened and unused (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- In its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Includes all original components (box, accessories, free gifts).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
2. Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays?)
A. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or refund your shipping receipt.
B. Customer Preference (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered by mistake, change of mind):
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order was shipped with "Free Shipping," the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred (e.g., USD $20) will be deducted from your refund.
3. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
4. How to Start a Return
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@k-beautify.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (if opened). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
